the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in January 2012
Our promoters in their individual capacity have handled respectable positions at commercial
and investment banks in Nigeria and internationally and are well experienced and well
trained in financial solutions They have handled landmark deals in the Nigerian market and
elsewhere involving governments, corporate and private individuals and between them have
financial market experience of over 100 years
We have built relationships over the years with local and international financial organizations
and also have a respectable portfolio of Private Equity firms locally and internationally
mostly in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States
Our company is driven by a strong desire to transform lives across Africa and to give every
dreamer the opportunity to actualize their visions within the confines of acceptable business
